Deviantart Copyright Notice: A few days ago I had gotten an automatic message on someone who claiming I had violated "their" copyright. It is no secret I post screenshots and they are based on copyrighted sources, but screenshots are normally fall into public domain. Most cases if not all cases copyright holders don't seem to care and won't take issue of people posting screenshots as long as they don't start making large sums of profit which I never do. The shot in question was Pokemon the 2000-Moltres. This shot still remains on my gallery and any other shot I had posted of Moltres character still remains, so I am not sure if this claim is credible. I doubt Nintendo or anyone who is a representative of Nintendo filed the claim, if this person had I would gotten 10 or so reports since I have posted over 1,000 pokemon screenshots. Looking at DA copyright policy even people who make fan art based on copyrighted characters would also be subject in the same rules. I doubt who ever made a
